1.熱鍍鋅鋼板

熱鍍鋅（牌號Q195、SPCC、DC01)基板的含鋅量一般為180g/m2（雙面），建筑外用熱鍍鋅基板的鍍鋅量最高為275g/m2。熱鍍鋅pet覆膜板除具有鋅的保護作用外，表面上的PET材料還起了隔絕保護、防止生銹的作用，使用壽命比熱鍍鋅板更長(cháng),還有杰出的沖擊機能以及杰出的延長(cháng)率以及屈服值，由這一基板制成的覆膜鋼板一般應用在建筑、裝飾等行業(yè)。

1. Hot-plated galvanized steel plate

以熱鍍鋁鋅鋼板（55%AI-Zn和5%AI-Zn，牌號DC51D+AZ、DC52D+AZ、S250GD+AZ)為基板具有輕質(zhì)、美觀(guān)和良好的防腐蝕性能，又可直接加工，與熱鍍鋅鋼板的工藝基本酷似，區分就在于表面的鋅層含量成分不一樣，表面鋅化現象也有很大的區別，其他方面基本沒(méi)有差距,耐候性以及壽命優(yōu)于鍍鋅鋼板。

2. Hot-plated aluminum-galvanized steel plate

3. Aluminum board

4.冷軋板

冷軋板是沒(méi)有退火的的鋼板，也是鍍鋅鋼板、鍍鋁鋅鋼板的前身。本鋼板沖擊機能很低，材質(zhì)硬度很高，屈服值以及延長(cháng)率很低。以冷軋為基板的覆膜鋼板，雖然具有冷軋板的加工性能，但是PET材料被劃傷把冷軋基板暴露在空氣中，從而使露鐵處很快生成紅銹。因此這類(lèi)產(chǎn)品只能用于要求不高的臨時(shí)隔離措施和作室內用材。

4. Cold rolling plate
